Responsibilities - Set individual sales targets with sales team - Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting - Ensure the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly - Control expenses and monitor budgets Qualifications -Min 1 year Experience in Electronics is preferable -Willing to work mobile (owned motorcycle) -Willing to learn new things -Strong focus on understanding and meeting customer needs -Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members -Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
