Requirements - Minimum 3 years sales experience in sponsorship industry - Track record of exceeding sales targets - Ability to pitch and close deals effectively - Knowledge of industry trends and best practices - Strong network and relationships with potential sponsors - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Experience in contract negotiation and renewal - Analytical mindset for identifying sponsor needs and ROI - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
