As our Sales Team Leader, you’ll oversee and coach our Student Advisor team to deliver exceptional service and hit ambitious enrollment targets. You’ll manage schedules for full coverage, ensure compliance with policies, monitor performance, and keep sales pipelines healthy. By leading daily huddles, providing real-time coaching, and fostering a positive team culture, you’ll ensure every family receives a seamless, engaging enrollment experience.

What You’ll Do

• Manage Student Advisor schedules for optimal coverage and workload balance.

• Ensure accurate, timely compliance form submissions.

• Check pipeline quality and support the team in closing sales.

• Monitor performance, give actionable feedback, and drive productivity.

• Lead daily huddles to align on targets and updates.

• Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager on messaging and lead quality improvements.

• Track and report sales metrics (trial class attendance, registration, payment conversions).

• Escalate system issues or complaints for quick resolution.

• Motivate the team, celebrate wins, and maintain accountability.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience leading a B2C sales team (education industry a plus).

• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficient in CRM systems, spreadsheets, and chat-based sales tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Resilient in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• Willing to work shifts, including weekends.

• Passionate about education and exceptional customer service.

• Early childhood education experience is an advantage.
