Qualifications :

- Associate’s degree (D3) in any field.

- Having experience working with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service would be an advantage.

-Understand telco business and smartphone industry.

-Preferably having exposure in field sales distribution with supervisory experience.

-Active in organizational activities and social media savvy.

-Good interpersonal and communication skills.

-Able to work individually and collaborate in teams.

-Fast learner and able to work in minimum guidance and supervision.

-Strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.

-Able to operate Computer literacy (Microsoft Office) especially Microsoft Excel.

-Selling thru IPOS or via OLA Sales Agent.

-Will be deploy at Own Gerai as homebase

-Direct Sales Agent under monitoring and supervised by supervisor that handling several Own Gerai.

-Perform daily PJP and sales activity Achieve monthly GA target that will be cascading to daily target.

-Achieve all target on KPI Sales. Reconcile all transactions.

-Perform daily sales inventory, stock management based on procedure and KPI.

-Perform a transfer (h +1) receivable payment to designated Account.

-Create a daily report all transactions.
