General Qualifications &Requirements
* Diploma, degree, or vocational qualification in culinary arts, food and beverage, hospitality, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is welcome.
* Relevant experience in food-court, restaurant, kitchen, seafood, beverage, or multi-outlet operations.
* Proven leadership and team-management experience for managerial and supervisory positions.
* Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, stock control, cost management, and customer-service standards.
* Culinary roles require expertise in Chinese cuisine and seafood preparation; store roles require inventory, merchandising, and cash-control skills.
* Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays; physically fit for operational roles.
* English proficiency is a must; strong communication, integrity, and willingness to be based in Batam.
