Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree required in any field; Communications, PR, or Advertising preferred • Minimum 2 years' sales experience with proven track record • Strong interest and understanding of digital advertising/marketing • Exceptional communication and public speaking skills • Goal-oriented with ability to work under pressure • Creative thinker with strong sense of responsibility • Advanced Excel proficiency • Self-disciplined with excellent time management • English fluency and digital agency experience are advantage Key Responsibilities: • Meet monthly sales targets • Oversee client relationships and ensure cohesive service delivery across teams • Maintain excellent daily client communications • Conduct regular client meetings • Provide top-tier campaign, platform, and creative recommendations • Monitor and optimize client KPIs for digital performance campaigns • Demonstrate strong task prioritization and project management abilities
