As a Senior Backend Developer (DevOps) at Noovoleum, you will design, build, and optimize scalable, high-performance backend services while implementing DevOps best practices. You will manage cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and ensure system security, availability, and reliability. Key Responsibilities: Architect and maintain scalable, secure, and high-availability backend systems. Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments. Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) to ensure reliability. Develop and enforce security best practices for infrastructure and applications. Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Ansible, or Kubernetes. Optimize system performance, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve backend issues. Work closely with frontend, product, and DevOps teams to improve system efficiency. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Experience: 5+ years in backend development and DevOps with a proven track record in large-scale systems. Tech Stack: Expert-level proficiency in Node.js, Python, Go, or Java for backend development. Cloud Expertise: Deep experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS, etc.) or equivalent cloud services. CI/CD & Automation: Strong experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm. Database Management: Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.). Security & Compliance: Experience with IAM, encryption, SSL/TLS, and security best practices. System Optimization: Ability to optimize system architecture for high availability and performance.
