Key Responsibilities: • Lead the development and execution of design concepts for social media posts, advertisements, marketing materials, and branding projects. • Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with brand guidelines and project objectives. • Oversee the production of multimedia content, including videos and animations, to enhance social media engagement. • Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas for client campaigns. • Design and produce digital and print ads that effectively communicate marketing messages and drive engagement. • Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand's visual identity and maintain a high standard of quality. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, social media, digital marketing, and branding. • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality. • Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment. • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and deliver design solutions that exceed their expectations. Qualifications: • A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. • Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency setting. • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including social media graphics, branding, marketing materials, and advertisements. • Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take constructive feedback. • Strong communication and time management skills. • A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Leadership skills and experience mentoring junior designers. • Basic knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
