Senior IT Specialist

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in IT support, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues, with strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to provide clear instructions to end-users.

• Hands-on experience with both Windows and macOS environments.

• Proficient in maintaining an accurate inventory of IT assets, including hardware and software licenses.

• Proven track record in implementing enterprise infrastructure solutions, including Active Directory,

• Endpoint Management, server/client auto-provisioning, and Single Sign-On (SSO)/Identity Management.

• Experience with ISO 27001 (Information Security Management System) audits.

• Proficiency in scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python) to enhance IT operations.

• Understanding of data protection laws and compliance requirements

• Experience in managing and coordinating company-wide meetings and training sessions.

• Ability to mentor and lead subordinates effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and the ability to implement security measures across the organization.

• Experience with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL or COBIT.

• Vendor management experience for coordinating with third-party service providers and suppliers.
