Senior Low-Code Engineer Freelance (OutSystems) (Jakarta Selatan)

Requirements - More than 4 years of experience in the software development. - Experience in designing & building production-grade software/systems from the scratch. - Mastering low-code development, with extensive knowledge of the OutSystems platform. - Expert in one of these programming languages: NodeJS or Go. - Familiarity with agile development methodologies. - Experience in RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server). - Exposure to asynchronous programming: Experience in at least one of the following technology: Amazon SQS, Google Cloud Pub-Sub, Rabbit MQ, NSQ, Redis-Pubsub, Sidekiq, or Kafka. Description - Design and implement a highly scalable solution in a tribe (product team) level scope. - Contribute to the day-to-day engineering excellence and solve production issues. - Apply engineering best practices to the team and set a high bar of engineering standards in order to improve existing systems. - Grow junior software engineers by having regular sharing sessions and being role model throughout the development process. - Actively contribute to the hiring process: Participate in interview sessions and create interview questions. - Propose ideas and contribute to engineering initiatives as part of the effort to improve the performance and quality of Moladin’s services. - Create comprehensive technical documentation of complex initiatives. - As a Senior Low-Code Engineer, you are expected to mentor fellow software engineers in low-code development best practices.
