Senior Manufacturing Systems Engineer - Converse

- Minimum of 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in one or more of the areas of Engineering, Product Development, Automation, Lean, Manufacturing, or Quality Management. - Bachelor's degree with a focus in Engineering, Business Management, or related field. Master’s degree preferred. - Data Driven, understands the use of data and application of statistical methods and tools, able to leverage data for fact-based decision making. - Experience in applying knowledge of Manufacturing Operations, including systems, processes, technologies, and materials required to consistently produce finished goods to a measurable standard, to identify opportunities and drive progress against goals. - Forward and Conceptual Thinking, proactively seeks diversity of inputs and potential solutions; consistently challenges the status quo and thinks beyond traditional solutions and approaches. - Demonstrated experience in working with multiple functions and stakeholders. - Fluent verbal and written English language ability. - Proficient in standard MS Office programs and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
