Deskripsi Pekerjaan
This role focuses on selling industrial chemical products to key sectors such as manufacturing, oil & gas, mining, shipping, and other industrial companies. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Perform and manage the full B2B sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with target key areas such as Jakarta, Bekasi, Cikarang, and Karawang.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
Meet or exceed sales goals through strategic planning and customer growth.
Research market trends, customer needs, and competitors to adjust strategies and find new opportunities.
Provide excellent service before and after the sale to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Stay up to date on product features and benefits. Present and demonstrate products effectively.
Work with marketing, logistics, and technical teams to deliver smooth project execution.
Requirements:
Degree: at least Bachelor’s Degree.
Years of Experience: at least 1 year of experience in selling Chemical or Industrial products to corporate or enterprise.
Technical Skills: Direct Selling, Account Management, Communication, Negotiation, Market Knowledge, Customer Focus, Presentation.
Personal Quality: Proactive, Independent.
Comfortable using sales tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
Willing to travel, and must have a valid SIM A and SIM C license and be open to regular travel within assigned areas.
