Senior Tax Associate

Role Description

The Senior Tax Associate will play roles as a technical expert and a critical communication bridge. Reporting directly to the Partner, you will handle all accounting and tax matters for a diverse portfolio of clients while directly assisting the Partner in managing intense, high-stakes client communications.

Location & Logistics

• Type: Full-time, On-site.

• Location: BSD, Tangerang.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Tax, or Law from a reputable university.

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a tax-focused role.

• Communication & Language: Good English proficiency is mandatory. You must be comfortable communicating technical concepts in English for a professional business environment.

• Technical Proficiency: Experience in filing tax returns with a solid understanding of the new Coretax system.

• Direct exposure to tax audits, objections, and appeal procedures.

• Strong foundational knowledge of basic accounting journals and financial principles.

• Certification (Preferred): Possession of a Brevet (A, B, or C) or USKP certification is a significant advantage.
