Responding to customer chats in Social Media and E-Commerce

Approving canceled order submissions on the marketplace platforms

Informing and summarizing customer complaints

Handle & Respond to Social Media reviews

Receiving customer orders on WhatsApp

Receiving reseller orders and creating reseller invoices

Testing pre-production samples, after production, and new product samples

Requirements :

Min 1 year experience as Social Media Admin in Beauty Industry

Excellent written and verbal communication skill

Having experience in handling marketplace and social media platform

Knowledge in skincare and beauty is a must

Willing to work WFO and placement in Tangerang
