Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Job Descriptions:

  1. Managing social media and community platform accounts, including creating and curating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.

  2. Tailor various types of content, such as text, images, videos, and graphics to different social media platforms.

  3. Track social media performance, measure engagement, and generate reports on social media metrics.

  4. Planning and executing social media campaigns.

Education:

  1. Marketing, Digital Media, or a related area (last semester or fresh graduate);

  2. Relevant Certifications in social media management or digital marketing (if any).

Skills:

  1. Ability to create engaging and relevant content that aligns with the brand’s voice and audience interests.

  2. Proficiency with various social media and community platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, meetup.com) and understanding of their specific features and best practices.

  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey messages, interact with followers, and handle customer inquiries or feedback.

  4. Ability to analyze social media metrics and performance data to inform strategy and improve engagement.

  5. Handling and responding to negative feedback or social media crises professionally and effectively.
