RESPONSIBILITIES: • Manage all of I CAN READ's social media platforms, including followers' growth, content planning, production, and implementation. • Create educational yet entertaining static and visual content that people will want to share on I CAN READ's social media channels. • Develop engaging, educational content that aligns with our mission of delivering the best English courses globally and making them accessible. • Conceptualize, script, produce, and shoot short-form video content for our social channels. • Work on large-scale content campaigns, collaborating with creators and creating scripted content with our animated characters. • Collaborate cross-functionally to promote product features, launches, and initiatives, such as podcasts, course updates, and employee branding. • Evolve our short-form video strategy, incorporating quantitative analysis by running various content experiments and iterating on successful ones. • Work closely with all marketing teams and Centre Managers to support Marketing and Company objectives. REQUIREMENTS: • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Design Communications/Communications or equivalent. • This position requires at least a year of working experience in the related field. • Proven experience as a social media officer, content creator, or similar role. • Solid knowledge of content-creating techniques and social media principles. • Good understanding of market research techniques and statistical and data analysis methods. • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). • Proficient in using in-app creator tools across social platforms and skilled in video editing software/applications. • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. • Creativity and commercial awareness. • A team player with a customer-oriented approach.
