Social Media Content Specialist

We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, fostering engagement, and reaching new audiences across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, and engagement, and reach new audiences.
• Manage and grow social media accounts on FB, IG, and Linkedin
• Plan and create creative and engaging content.
• Proactively spot trends and improve users’ engagement.
• Analyze social media performance and create reports.
• Communicate with followers, and respond to comments and messages.

Keahlian :
– Proven expertise in developing and implementing successful social media strategies across major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
– Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and social media best practices.
– Proficient in content creation, including writing, editing, and basic graphic design for social media posts.
– Ability to analyze social media metrics and derive actionable insights to enhance engagement and performance.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa

Kualifikasi :
• Bachelor’s degree from any major
• Have at least 2-3 years of experience in developing Social Media platforms
• Having experience in Digital Marketing Agency is preferred
• Experienced in handling Linkedin, Facebook and Instagram
• Creative and proactive in keeping up with trends and knowledge in social media
• Have experience or basic knowledge in the Digital Marketing Agency
• Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), and communication skills • Willing to do fully WFO
