Responsibilities:

Supporting engagement on Facebook channels.

Monitoring and responding to driver-reported issues on Facebook with solutions.

Engaging drivers in a timely manner.

Resolving driver issues within 24 hours.

Ensuring Facebook group rules are followed and managing sentiment on the channels.

Collaborating with the social media team, product team, and relevant stakeholders to get updates on products or programs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media Engagement (especially Facebook), or fresh graduates are welcome.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Able to work independently or as part of a team.

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Data analysis skills (Google Spreadsheet, Excel, Looker Studio) is a plus.
