Job Responsibilities: • Develop and implement social media strategies across Instagram and TikTok • Create engaging captions and content plans aligned with brand goals • Schedule and manage daily posts on all social media platforms • Monitor social media performance and audience engagement • Analyze metrics and prepare regular performance reports • Stay updated on social media trends to optimize content and strategies Job Requirements: • Bachelor degree in marketing, communications, or any related field • Have 1 - 2 years of experiences in similiar roles • Skilled in developing content strategies for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, including writing captions and scheduling daily posts • Strong understanding of social media trends and the ability to generate performance reports from various platforms • Active on social media, with a creative mindset and confidence in front of the camera when needed • Owns personal devices suitable for content planning and execution. • Capable of designing and implementing effective social media marketing campaigns
