Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries on Instagram and WhatsApp. - Research and identify potential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for brand collaborations. - Reach out to Instagram influencers for potential partnerships. - Craft engaging and professional copywriting for social media posts. - Design visuals for Instagram using Canva, if required. - Prepare and submit daily progress reports to the team. - Support additional social media platforms or digital marketing tasks as needed. Qualifications: • Currently pursuing or holding an S1/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • Strong interest in social media marketing and content creation. • Familiarity with instagram and WhatsApp platforms. • Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools (preferred). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (ability to speak english is a plus). • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in completing tasks.
