Requirements • Minimum 4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry. • Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and experience in using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or etc. • Strong attention to detail in copywriting, design, and campaign execution. • Ability to handle multiple social media accounts and campaigns simultaneously while maintaining high quality work. • Familiar with beauty trends, products, and influencers. • Ability in analyzing data to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs (eg. engagement rate, click-through rate, follower growth). • Comfortable in a startup environment, where priorities and tasks may shift quickly. • Can work efficiently under tight deadlines and willing to collaborate with various teams and share ideas for improvement. Responsibilities • Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with overall business goals and drive audience engagement. • Oversee the planning, creation, and scheduling of high-quality, engaging content across various platforms to maintain a consistent posting cadence. • Ensure all social media content reflects the brand's voice, aesthetics, and values. • Measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns, providing regular reports and insights for optimization. • Campaign Management, ensuring proper execution, precise audience targeting, and comprehensive performance analysis. • Collaborate with teams across brands and categories to deliver impactful social media initiatives. • Provide training opportunities for the social media team, ensuring proficiency in best practices, emerging trends, and the latest tools and technologies.
