Responsibilities: - Content Calendar Planning: Develop and maintain a social media content calendar, planning posts and campaigns well in advance to ensure consistency across platforms. - Platform Management: Be highly proficient in managing Instagram, Linkedin, and TikTok, including content creation, engagement, and growth strategies. - Visual and Video Content Creation: Edit pictures, create engaging videos, and record conten for social media that aligns with the brand's aesthetic and messaging. - Event Support: Assist in planning and executing social media coverage for events, ensuring real-time updates, live content, and post-event recaps. - Brand Knowledge: Stay well-informed about all the existing brands under the company and communicate their unique value propositions effectively through social media. - Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports to track progress and inform strategy adjustments. - Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a strong community presence on all platforms. Requirements: - Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, with a focus on content creation and engagement. - Proficiency in photo and video editing tools to create polished, professional social media content. - Ability to plan, record, and produce video content independently. - Familiarity with event promotion and execution through social media. - Excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of all company brands. - Strong organizational skills for planning content and campaigns in advance. - Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking. - This role is perfect for someone passionate about social media and looking to gain experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand storytelling. This is an office-based (WFO) internship lasting 5-6 months, with a monthly salary of IDR 500,000.
