Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth. • Manage and oversee social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and posting. • Create engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, that align with brand guidelines. • Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and potential issues, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner. • Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute social media campaigns that support marketing objectives. • Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports on key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement. • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain current and effective. • Engage with influencers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to build partnerships and amplify brand reach. • Coordinate with clients to understand their social media goals and deliver content that meets their expectations. • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking. • Work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality. Qualifications: • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • Minimum of 1 years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting. • Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, TikTok) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). • Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
