Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement effective social media strategies • Create and curate engaging content for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, etc.) • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media campaign performance • Engage with our online community through timely responses to comments and messages • Keep our strategy current by staying informed about social media trends and tools • Collaborate across departments to maintain brand consistency Required Skills: • Proven track record as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar role, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in social media marketing (FMCG industry experience preferred) • Strong copywriting skills and creative mindset • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, YouTube Creator Studio, Meta Business Suite) • Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics) | • Basic knowledge of social media advertising, particularly on Meta platforms and TikTok • Understanding of inbound marketing principles and best practices (Certification in this area is a plus) • Experience in creating social media pitch decks • Understanding of customer journey and digital touchpoints • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively • Detail-oriented and organized approach to work
