Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities • Schedule and publish content across social media platforms (instagram, TikTok, etc). • Write engaging captions that align with the brand's tone and messaging • Edit short-form videos such as Reels, TikTok, or other short video content for social media. • Assist in basic content preparation including simple edits, formatting, or Canva designs when needed. • Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions. • Ensure all content is uploaded according to the content calendar. • Coordinate with the internal team regarding content updates, revisions, and content needs. • Track basic social media performance (engagement, reach, etc) and provide simple insights when needed. Requirements • Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends. • Ability to write clear and engaging captions. • Able to edit short-form videos (Reels/TikTok) using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar. • Familiar with basic design tools such as Canva. • Detail oriented and able to follow a content calendar. • Good communication and teamwork skills. • Responsible and able to meet deadlines.
