WE’RE HIRING: SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST (FULL-TIME)

PT Dasawarsa Kreasi Visual is hiring a full-time Social Media Specialist to manage content and daily social media operations across multiple brands and client projects. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, strategic, and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage and execute social media content for multiple brands and client accounts
2. Plan and organize content calendars aligned with brand goals (engagement, growth, conversion)
3. Research trends, audience insights, and content opportunities across platforms
4. Collaborate closely with designers, video editors, and account executives
5. Monitor content performance and prepare basic reports and insights
6. Maintain brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging
7. Execute daily content operations with accuracy and efficiency

REQUIREMENTS
1. 1–3 years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketing
2. Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and social media trends & algorithms
3. Comfortable working with tight deadlines and multiple projects
4. Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized
5. Experience managing multiple brands is a strong plus
6. Based in Jakarta
