- Develop, implement, and manage clients' social media strategies - Plan, create, and publish new content in the form of images, videos, captions on a daily basis to achieve client's KPI - Create an editorial calendar and schedule posts on clients' social media on regular basis - Coordinate with project managers, graphic designers, photographers, videographers to ensure that the final content is in accordance with clients' standards - Periodically communicate and make visits to the client's place of business - Participate in providing creative ideas to the Campaign team to develop attractive and effective marketing campaigns, both organic and paid - Organizing digital assets (in the form of photos, text, and videos) - Collaborate with graphic designers in the process of designing social media contents - Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Cap Cut or even mobile video editing apps. Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Design, Digital Media or Marketing, or related field - Minimum 1 year as a Social Media Officer in Marketing / Design Agency, Startup, e-Commerce, or digital marketing services - Good English speaking and writing skills - Excellent communication, presentation, and problem solving • Able to drive projects, and excellent attention to detail • Being to propose ideas and activities to answer the identified challenges • Good organizational skills in handling a number of projects at the same time, being able to set priorities, keep to deadlines, work effectively under time pressure • Creative, talkative and able to talk in front of camera.
