What You’ll Do :

Create & Curate

• Plan, shoot and publish visual content that stops the scroll—from Reels and TikToks to stylish Instagram Stories.

• Be the on-camera muse for INESSA, bringing brand energy to life.

• Work with the Creative team to maintain that signature feel: elevated, effortless and refined.

• Explore new formats and visual styles: think bold but wearable.

Strategize & Analyze

• Develop social media strategies that raise brand awareness, deepen engagement and drive conversions.

• Dive into analytics—track what works (and what doesn’t), then iterate.

• Stay ahead of trends: you know what’s coming, before it comes.

Engage & Connect

• Own the content calendar—from ideation to posting—ensuring consistent brand voice and timely delivery.

• Craft captions that sound like you’re talking to a friend, while still reflecting INESSA’s refined aesthetic.

• Monitor and respond to comments, DMs and tags—building real community, not just numbers.

• Collaborate across Marketing, Creative and Sales teams to align social with broader business goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing or content creation (ideally within fashion or lifestyle).

• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and social-first storytelling.

• Proficient with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite.

• Analytical mindset: you can read dashboards and turn insights into action.

• Confident on camera and comfortable leading shoots.

• A team player: you thrive in cross-functional environments and tight deadlines.
