JOB DESCRIPTION:
Manage and grow the brand’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, with the flexibility to support other social media platforms as needed.
Plan and execute weekly and monthly content strategies aligned with overall brand and marketing objectives.
Create structured and well-defined content briefs for internal teams and external creators.
Keep up with relevant social media trends, particularly on TikTok and Instagram, and adapt them to fit a luxury brand context.
Write refined and engaging captions that reflect the brand’s voice and positioning.
Handle content scheduling, publishing, and daily community engagement (DMs and comments).
Analyze performance data and prepare regular social media reports to track growth and effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Creative, KOL, and E-Commerce teams to maintain consistent brand communication.
SKILL & REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2 years of experience in social media, content, or digital planning roles.
Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms and content performance.
Excellent copywriting skills with attention to brand tone and detail.
Comfortable working with KPIs, insights, and performance reports.
Possesses basic video editing knowledge (e.g. CapCut)
Experience in luxury, beauty, fashion, or wellness brands is a strong advantage.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work onsite (WFO) at PIK 2, Ruko Mega Kuningan
