Social Media Specialist (Marketing)

We are looking for a creative, passionate, and motivated Marketing and Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and a passion for engaging with stakeholders and the community. This role will be responsible for a number of key deliverables across social media, website and digital content, including, but not limited to :

• Develop and implement social media strategies for both internal and client projects.

• Manage and grow social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

• Engage with stakeholders and the community to build brand awareness and loyalty.

• Utilize Meta business and advertising tools, LinkedIn, CRM, WordPress, Monday.com, Google Places, and Google Analytics to optimize social media campaigns.

• Monitor social media trends and best practices to ensure our strategies are up-to-date and effective.

• Analyze social media performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.

The Must-Haves:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager/Specialist, Design Graphic, or similar role. (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)

• Have graphic design and video editing skills for creating engaging visual content (optional)

• Strong technical knowledge of Meta business and advertising tools, LinkedIn, CRM, WordPress, Monday.com, Google Places, and Google Analytics.

• Excellent English speaking and writing skills.

• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
