Position Overview: Rosé All Day is looking for a highly creative and passionate Social Media Specialist to lead the digital presence of our skincare line. This role is perfect for someone who is deeply knowledgeable about skincare trends, ingredients, and routines, and who knows how to connect with audiences through engaging and educational content. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing day-to-day platform activities, and overseeing a team of Content Creators to ensure our skincare products shine online. Key Responsibilities: 1. Social Media Strategy & Content Planning: • Develop and implement a creative social media strategy that highlights Rosé All Day’s skincare products, benefits, and brand story. • Plan and oversee a content calendar that aligns with skincare product launches, campaigns, and seasonal themes. • Collaborate with Content Creators to produce informative and visually appealing content such as skincare tutorials, ingredient breakdowns, and tips for different skin types. 2. Team Management: • Lead and mentor a team of Content Creators, ensuring all content aligns with the brand's tone and visual identity. • Provide constructive feedback on drafts and ideas from the team to enhance the quality and effectiveness of content. • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation. 3. Platform Management: • Manage Rosé All Day’s skincare-focused social media accounts across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels. • Regularly post content, monitor engagement, and optimize posting schedules for maximum visibility. • Respond to comments and direct messages to nurture relationships with followers and build community trust. 4. Educational & Engaging Content Creation: • Craft educational posts about skincare routines, ingredients, and best practices to position Rosé All Day as a trusted skincare authority. • Tap into trending skincare challenges, topics, and hashtags to increase engagement and reach. • Partner with influencers and skincare experts for authentic collaborations and testimonials. 5. Trend Analysis & Innovation: • Stay informed about the latest skincare trends, viral challenges, and new social media features to keep content fresh and relevant. • Experiment with innovative content formats such as Reels, TikTok trends, and interactive Instagram Stories. 6. Performance Tracking & Reporting: • Track and analyse social media metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.) to measure campaign success. • Share regular performance reports with the marketing team and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. 7. Collaboration Across Teams: • Work closely with the product development and creative teams to ensure social media messaging aligns with product goals. • Coordinate with customer service to address skincare-related inquiries and feedback received through social platforms. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, ideally in the beauty or skincare industry. • Experience managing or mentoring a team, with excellent leadership and communication skills. • Strong understanding of skincare trends, routines, and product ingredients. • Exceptional content creation skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and brand consistency. • Proficiency in social media tools and analytics platforms. • Passion for skincare and an ability to connect with the beauty community authentically. Preferred Skills: • Experience working with skincare influencers or managing influencer campaigns. • Knowledge of analytics tools to track performance and guide strategy (e.g., Instagram Insights, Google Analytics). • A personal or professional social media presence focused on skincare is a bonus.
