Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor's degree (all majors are welcome; Communication, Marketing, or Visual Communication Design (DKV) is preferred).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Internship or organizational experience in social media or content creation is a plus.
• Must submit a portfolio showcasing your best work (content assignments, personal social media, projects, or videos you have created).
• Active social media user with a good understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends.
• Proficent in photo and video editing using tools such as CapCut, Canva, VN, or similar applications.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
• Strong written communication skills with a friendly and professional approach when responding to chats, comments, and direct messages.
• Confident appearing in front of the camera and willing to be featured as content talent.
• Willing to work on-site at the Head Office/Factory.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow the company's official social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms).
• Plan, capture, and edit engaging daily content, including Reels, TikTok videos, and feed posts that align with the brand identity.
• Engage with customers by responding to direct messages, comments, and inquiries in a friendly and solution-oriented manner.
• Monitor the latest social media trends, viral audio, and popular filters, and incorporate them into content strategies to increase engagement.
