JOB DESCRIPTIONS: 1. Build and execute social media strategy throught competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification 2. Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages audience to take action 3. Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules 4. Continously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information 5. Craft content that resonates eith the audience's needs, emotions, and aspirations to foster strong connections 6. Use storytelling and visuals to build a genuine relationship with the audience, driving meaningful engagement 7. Work closely with brand team to implement social media strategies every month REQUIREMENTS: 1. Experience as a social media specialist or similar position 2. Excellent critical thinking, interpersonal, communication, time-management and problem-solving skills 3. excellent in copywriting to create a clickbait or catchy-hook 4. Experience in create good structure content (Introduction, Conflict, Resolution) 5. Experience managing social media for impressions and brand awareness 6. Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Youtube Shorts, Youtube, X 7. Experience doing buyer persona and audience research to create meaningful & organic content 8. Able to keep track of trends but still able to adapt to brand voice
