Job Description: • Develop and implement a strategic & comprehensive social media content calendar. • Craft engaging and compelling copy for social media posts, advertisements, and campaigns. • Track and analyse analytics report to gain insight into traffic, demographics, and effectiveness • Identifying creative ways to build social media presence • Conceptualize and execute storyboard ideas for video content, including Instagram Reels and Tik Tok videos. • Track and analyze the performance of social media posts and campaigns. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field. • Have experience in the retail / fashion industry at least 2 years or • Social-media savvy: has a solid understanding of social media platforms, market trends, and methodologies • Strong content & copy writing skills • Strong team player with proactive attitude • 2+ years of experience in social media management or content creation. • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and social media management tools
