Job Description: 

Monitor daily operations of the sortation center through supervision of the inbound, sorting, reprocessing, and outbound process 

Ensure all function in the sortation center is running well in accordance with the SOP 

Conduct manpower planning in accordance with the fluctuations in the daily volume 

Monitor team productivity, capacity, and tools in the sortation center 

Conduct briefing with the Sortation team including 5S implementation and reporting 

Requirements: 

Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any field 

Having 2-3 years experience in Logistic Sorting Center (minimum 2 years as a Warehouse Team Lead/Supervisor) 

Good communication and leadership skills 

Willing to work in shifts and travel 

Willing to be placed in Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam, Kab. Aceh Besar
