General Requirements * Open to Indonesian nationals. * Minimum education of High School/Vocational School or equivalent; relevant educational background is preferred. * Previous experience in a hotel, hospitality, or related industry is preferred. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong customer service orientation and professional attitude. * Able to work independently and as part of a team. * Responsible, disciplined, honest, and detail-oriented. * Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. * Good problem-solving and time management skills. * Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required. * Proficient in English is an advantage. * Relevant certifications or technical skills are an advantage, depending on the position. * Able to adapt to hotel operational standards and procedures. * Positive attitude, well-groomed, and professional in appearance.
