- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK), preferably in beauty or spa therapy - Spa/massage training certification is preferred - At least 1 year of experience in the spa/massage therapy field - Proficient in various massage techniques such as reflexology, aromatherapy, and traditional massage - Well-groomed, clean, and possesses good communication skills - Friendly, polite, and able to work in a team - Willing to work in shifts and on public holidays - Minimum age of 18 years old - Able to work in a team and individually - Strong work ethic, honesty, and responsibility - Willing to work in a shift system (if required) - Good communication skills and customer service-oriented - Fluent in English
