REQUIREMENTS :

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in any major.

Minimum 2 years of experience in ecommerce, preferably in the Home Living industry.

Understanding about all E-commerce Channel (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, etc) familiar with Project Campaign, Marketplace violation, etc

Experience with influencer marketing and affiliate programs.

Strategic, Innovative, Professional, Detail oriented, Organized.

Willing to work at Batu Ceper, Tangerang.

RESPONSIBILITY :

Ecommerce Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to drive online sales and achieve revenue targets.

Manage and optimize the company’s ecommerce platforms, including website, Instagram,Tik Tok and other online retail channels.

Continuously monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior to adjust strategies accordingly.

Product Management & Marketing Promotions:

Oversee the development of seasonal or promotional product collections, ensuring the content and promotions align with overall ecommerce goals.

Coordinate with the product team to ensure that all product information, including descriptions, images, and prices, are up-to-date and optimized for search engines (SEO).

Develop and manage promotions, including discounts, flash sales, and bundle offers, to attract and retain customers.
