STAFFJOB DESCRIPTIONS


Performing onsite / offsite / remote support to a range of IT issues(networking system, emails, PCs, printers, etc.).

Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.Providing technical support across the company.

Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.Installing and maintaining MicroTik network.

Setting up accounts for new users.Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering(Computer/Telecommunication), System Information, InformationTechnology.

Preferably having 1-2 years of working experience in the related field.

An Excellent problem Solver with strong analytical skills.Full time position(s) available.

Placement : SCBD, Sudirman. Willing to work mobile.
