Spesialis Payroll (Fluent English)

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll, Employee BPJS every month.

• Perform operational process of Great Day system (Leave, attendance, overtime)

• Process monthly BPJS payments and process reports in the BPJS TK & KS system

• Process employee tax calculations every month and annual reports (including system reports at the DGT online)

• Ensure all hardcopy documents supporting payroll & tax are documented with updates

• Perform all functions related to employee database area, and data transformation function in HR

Requirements:

• Min. D3 / S1 open to all majors (Management and Accounting graduates are a plus)

• Fluent English is a must

• Women Preference

• Proven experience as payroll specialist or HR Payroll Staff for 2 years or more

• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices

• Good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field

• Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant software (e.g. Kronos, Payforce) and databases

• Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills

• Domicile Cikarang - Bekasi or surrounding areas are prioritized
