Job Description : We’re looking for a motivated, Bali-based Sales Support and Marketing Assistant to work 20-25 hours/week from home. You’ll connect with local spas, luxury villas, resorts and hotels, pitching our natural products through networking, scheduled meetings, and light marketing.

If you’re outgoing, know Bali’s hospitality scene, and want to earn commission on top of a solid base pay, this is for you.

Responsibilities : Client Outreach (15 hours/week): Network at local events (e.g., spa expos, tourism meetups), schedule meetings with decision-makers, and pitch our products to Bali’s hospitality businesses. Follow-Ups & Marketing (5-10 hours/week): Call or email leads, send samples (coordinated with our Surabaya team), and share simple social media updates (e.g., product photos, meeting highlights). Goals: Secure 5 leads or 2 new clients per week to drive sales growth.

Requirements : Must-Have: - Live in Bali with local knowledge of the hospitality/tourism industry. - Friendly, proactive, and confident in meeting people face-to-face. - Fluent in English (for international clients) and Bahasa Indonesia. - Reliable, with a smartphone and internet access for remote work.

Nice-to-Have: - Experience in sales, hospitality, or customer-facing roles (e.g., hotel staff, retail). - Basic social media skills (e.g., Instagram posts).

Availability: Flexible 20-25 hours/week, including some evenings/weekends for events.
