SPV QA

Requirement :

• Minimum bachelor degree from industrial engineering or similar.

• At least 3 years of working experience in similar position.

• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, & human resource management skills.

• Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced work environment.

• Must have a strong customer oriented perspective

Responsibilities :

• Ensure reliable and effective operational quality.

• Ensure quality standards are met.

• Ensure quality control and assurance organization into a high-performing team and challenge the status quo.

• Evaluate the current quality management system and generate new ideas and improvements.

• Oversee key projects to help meet target deadlines and achievement expectations.

• Ensure delivered products meet customer needs by monitoring and evaluating the production process and machine performance according to the quality plan.

• Coordinate and communicate with customers to ensure customer needs are met.

• Partner with all business units/teams to achieve KPIs, goals, mission, and company vision.
