- At least 10 years of experience in government and skills/TVET policy development, implementation, and international development projects in Indonesia. - Strong understanding of public-private partnerships in skills development and SME competitiveness. - Ability to travel frequently, including to rural areas, as part of project implementation. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both spoken and in writing) is essential. - A hands-on analyst and strategic connector: Excellent at keeping track of current political developments, policies, and alliances relevant to achieving our projects goals. You should be able to read fast and summarize well, in Bahasa Indonesia and English, and to find ways to put plans into actions together with partners. For this you need to be great at building trust and fostering cooperation between diverse stakeholders. - Experience in Skills Development for Private Sector Competitiveness: Familiarity with dual VET systems and public-private partnerships in skills development. - Effective Communicator: Strong ability to represent Swisscontact and facilitate smooth internal and external communication.
