1. Analyze spare parts needs, sales data and order data of spare parts. 2. Analyze and give input for stock availability of spare parts according to ABC category 3. Summary and updated data of replacement part number 4. Collecting, analyze and report spare parts order data following EO & MO qty. 5. Collecting, analyze, and report dealer sales order data 6. Receive parts claim reports and follow up, cooperate with service team to determine claim 7. Report and follow up parts claim to vendor 8. Cooperate with dealer to analyze spare parts needs based on unit population, unit working hours. 9. Collecting and analyze data and information from customer/dealer regarding spare parts business
