Branch Manager

Job Description:

• Manage and oversee all branch operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and effective daily activities.

• Oversee the end-to-end branch process, including sales, client management, recruitment/service delivery, customer service, and administrative activities.

• Lead, direct, coach, and evaluate the branch team to achieve business and operational targets.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.

• Ensure service quality and branch activities are aligned with company standards, policies, and SOPs.

• Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand the branch's market presence in Surabaya and surrounding areas.

• Monitor branch performance, identify operational challenges, and implement appropriate improvement plans.

• Prepare and monitor branch reports, performance metrics, and achievement of targets.

• Coordinate with Head Office to ensure alignment of branch operations, business development, and company policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Minimum 40 years of experience in branch management, operations, business development, sales, HR services, outsourcing, or a related field.

• Proven experience in leading and managing a team.

• Strong understanding of branch operations, sales, client management, and service delivery.

• Strong business development and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.

• Willing to be based in Surabaya and cover surrounding areas as required.

• Experience in outsourcing, recruitment, HR services, or manpower services will be an advantage.
