Staff PPIC QC

Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC)/ Quality Control (QC):

- Plan production schedules according to customer needs while optimizing resource use.

- Manage inventory to balance supply and demand, preventing overstock and stockouts.

- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely supply of raw materials.

- Monitor production processes to enhance efficiency.

- Maintain accurate production and inventory records.

- Inspect incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods for quality assurance.

- Ensure products meet both internal quality standards and regulatory BPOM requirements.

- Document all quality-related activities and maintain quality control records according to BPOM standard.

- Work with production teams to solve quality issues and improve product quality.

- Develop or refine quality control procedures.

Requirements:

⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field.

⁠ ⁠At least 2 years of experience in roles involving production planning, inventory control, or quality assurance, ideally in manufacturing.

⁠ ⁠Familiarity with inventory and production management.

⁠ ⁠Knowledge of quality control methodologies and standards BPOM.

⁠ ⁠Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

⁠ ⁠Good command of both English and Bahasa Indonesia for communication.
