Plan and implement the overall remedial work strategy.

Report, communicate, and find solutions to obstacles encountered during visits with superiors.

Create problem solving strategies for delinquent debtors.

Responsible for achieving NPL targets.

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :

Minimum D3 to S1 degree in Law or Economics.

Have experience as a remedial/collector for at least 1 year.

Understanding of laws and procedures related to debt collection.

Able to operate computer and software.

Eager to achieve targets.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Able to work in a team.

Have a two-wheeled vehicle and driver's license
