Get to know the role

We are looking for Field Support Specialist to support the operation in warehouse on day to day activity. We believe a successful candidate has strong knowledge on how to manage the process in warehouse related to Inbound, Outbound and Inventory.

The Day-to-Day Activities

- Unloading product from supplier truck during inbound

- Checking item received and compare to PO and Supplier Delivery Note

- Perform Quality check for Inbound Supplier

- Create report on Inbound Supplier including sampling quality check results

- Put away product from staging to racking for Storage SKUs

- Grouping product based on store allocation for Cross Docking SKUs

- Picking, checking and grouping by store for fulfillment store order

- Allocate product by store for cross docking items based on data from SC

- Checking quality of Dry, Frozen and Chiller product before deliver to stores

- Loading product to truck during outbound delivery process

- Receiving and check quality of any return product from stores

- Daily cycle count

- Manage storage for return and damage product

- Destroy damage product

- Monthly Inventory Full Count

- Input Actual Handling inbound and outbound into G-Sheet

- Input data to WMS

The Must-Haves

- 1 - 2 Years Experience in warehouse operational. FMCG is an advantage.

- Understand Inbound and Outbound Process

- Able to work in shift Schedule (3 shift - 6 days work and 1 day Off per week)

- Have knowledge to work with Google Sheet is an advantage
