Store Leader

Job Description:

• Train, coach, supervise and provide support to store team members

• Creates a positive learning environment by providing clear, specific, timely and respectful coaching and feedback to team members on shift to ensure operational excellence

• Follows all policies and procedures and keeps tabs on employees on shift to ensure they are following protocol as well

• Executes store operations during scheduled shifts including organizing opening and closing duties as assigned and deploying labor as needed to keep up with store volume

• Maintains availability that includes at least two weekend days (Fri, Sat, Sun) plus any days deemed necessary by retail leadership based on store needs

• To be placed in Beachwalk, Bali

Job Requirements:

• Have more than 2 years of experience as Store Leader in F&B or related industry (quick service a plus)

• Understands restaurants operations, handling complaints, staff development, and customer relation

• Ability to train and coach team members

• Available to work weekends, late nights (if necessary)

• Reliable, on time, and ready to hustle for every shift

• Proficient in English
