As our Preschool Student Advisor, you’ll be the warm, welcoming guide for parents exploring our programs. You’ll connect with prospective families through calls, events, and online channels, host engaging tours and open houses, and guide them smoothly through the enrollment process. Your relationship-building skills will help us meet enrollment goals, grow our community, and ensure every family feels confident and excited to join our preschool.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and engage prospective families through multiple channels.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline to meet enrollment targets.

• Host tours, open houses, and share program information.

• Assist families through every step of enrollment.

• Build lasting relationships that encourage referrals.

• Collaborate with marketing and teaching teams for a seamless experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Business, or related fields.

• Experience in customer service, sales, or educational consulting (early education a plus).

• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

• Sales and persuasion expertise.

• Proficient with CRM systems and office software.

• Flexible to work weekends for events.

• Passionate about early childhood education.
